ADMISSION TO THE FIRST YEAR CLASS
The selection of students for admission is the responsibility of the Admissions Committee, which shall evaluate with care and fairness the total qualification of each applicant based on academic records, NMAT, accomplished application form and personal interview.
WHO MAY APPLY
- One who has Bachelor’s degree in any field of interest granted by an accredited college or university, provided the degree was received within a five-year period prior to the filing of the application.
- One who expects to graduate at the end of the year or summer of that school year.
- The applicant MUST have taken the National Medical Admission Test.
HOW TO APPLY
Each applicant should submit, personally or by mail, to the Admissions Committee the following:
- Accomplished Application Form (downloadable here: http://cim.edu.ph/downloads/)
- Transcript of Academic Records
- Letter of reference from two professors regarding the applicant’s moral character and personal integrity.
- NMAT score at least 70% for local applicants, 90% for foreign students
- PRC Board Rating (for those who have taken the Professional Regulation Commission Licensure Examinations)
- Application fee: Local students ₱1,500.00, Foreign students $100.
- Applicant must schedule for an interview with the Admissions Committee secretariat
Online submission is permitted. Have all documents as on pdf file and place in one folder. Make sure you have contact number and email. Make filename as Family name follwed by initials and date submitted [Family name Initials_ mm/dd/yr] EXAMPLE: Duterte RR_04242020. Once resumption of physical screening and interview resumes, you will have priority based on date of submission. Keep your physical copy of your documents as it will be asked from you once evaluated and eligible for interview.

A personal interview is an essential part in selection process. All applicants should have their interview not later than July 31, 2020.
The applicant will be notified of his/her scheduled interview which shall either be online or face-to-face. If online interview is scheduled, the applicant shall receive a set of emails detailing instructions to the online site. A consent form/ conform is sent to the applicant to be signed and returned in advance before the online interview.
Depending on the evaluation of the credentials sent or the outcome of interview, the applicant may be required to submit other requirements for verification or clarification. The applicant shall be informed of this with advance notice given.
NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
Candidates selected for admission will be notified of their acceptance starting June 1, 2020 by letter at the address stated in the application form and e-mail or by phone. Applicants may inquire from the school on the status of their application. A commitment fee while be required of the accepted first year candidate. (see below)
